OK, 2022 Let's try this again!

After nearly 2 full years without filming a wedding, We finally got back to doing what we do best towards the end of 2021. I have a few videos to share with you over the coming days and weeks and hopefully, we can finally put the covid lockdown weddings ban in the bin once and for all!

Here is a film I made in October last year with the wonderful Charles and Paige at the stunning Hyde House in the Cotswolds. It was a truly wonderful day filled with love and laughter and I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to share it with you today.

Hi everyone, After a very difficult 12 months and what looks like another very difficult summer ahead I just wanted to update everyone booked with CCM to let you know we are still here, we are still hopful for your weddings in 2021 and we are very excited to eventually get back to doing what we love in 2022! Here is a little clip for you to enjoy.

Another wedding to share with you today! So if you have 10 mins to spare sit down and enjoy this beautiful new years eve wedding between Luke and Emily.

Working on new years? I know, but now that I have a toddler, new years eve has become less of a party and more of a night on the sofa watching the hootenanny with my wife. (which I think I actually prefer ha) So as it happens it wasn't a huge problem to me to be asked to film a wedding at the always beautiful Alrewas Hayes Country House Events Venue all the way up until the ball dropped at 12.

It was an amazing day with a really easy going group of people, (which always makes my life easier) Luke and Emily were accommodating throughout and looked very much in love as they said their I dos. A really pleasure to start 2020 with you guys. I also got to work with the very talented Gareth Newstead Photography, which was an absolute pleasure.

Hello facebook! Sorry a very busy start to the year for me (I moved house) So I have been very quite on social media for a while. But I am back now! I hope you are all well and having a lovely start to 2020.

I've been wanting to share this film for a while now and today is the day.Over the last few years Natalie Groucott Natalie Banner and I have had the pleasure of working on several weddings together. (Its always good when I know the photographer and even better when I like them too 😂) So you can imagine how honoured I was when Nat asked me if I would film her big day! That quickly turned to excitement when Nat told me it would be in DUBROVNIK! Having never filmed a destination wedding before (unless you count Wales) I jumped at the chance and well I am very glad I did. The whole thing was amazing from start to finish, from walking the old town and going up on the wall the day before the wedding to sailing over to a private island for the day itself Nat and Ian had thought of everything, and my did it show. Without doubt this was the most stunning venues and wedding I have ever been to, perched on the edge of the sea almost all the way around the venue it was truly something else.

On top of that it was 35 degrees, the wedding guests were amazing fun and I had the pleasure of working and roommateing (not a word but I am using it) with the very talented and super easy going Steve Gerrard who made the whole thing a breeze.

A big thank you to Ian and Nat for asking me to be a part of your day and accommodating me throughout. It was Fab.

I have a few weddings to share over the next few weeks and this is the first! Daniel and Laura married at the always stunning The Mill Barns Exclusive Use No Corkage Countryside Wedding Venue & Rooms and although we did see a little bit of rain it didn't dampen the spirits one bit as this gorgeous couple tied the knot amongst those they love.

Another beautiful day at Moxhull Hall as Scott and Emma became Man and Wife. This is the first time I had filmed at Moxhull Hall since moving things around and I have to say it just gets better and better there. Lovely venue well worth a look if you are still considering venues. I hope you enjoy this one.

Back in April I had the pleasure of filming the wedding of Andrew and Lauren Golder at the always lovely Curradine Barns it was a stunning day full of emotion and love. When everything and everyone looks this great my job is so easy. Please feel free to like/tag/share.

Hi, I know this is not wedding film related but today is the last day of Dan’s latest book ‘The Humundo Sorterium’s Kickstarter campaign and we are so close to being funded but we need your help.

If you have kids, or know kids, or if you are just a big kid, check it out and help make this book a reality.

It ends at 8pm tonight.

The Humundo Sorterium is the second children's poetry story book by Daniel Thompson and Connor Edwards.
