If you like Chinese takeaway beef dishes, you have to try this recipe for beef in black pepper sauce, easily one of my favourite dishes to make at home, this used to be typically served on a hot sizzling plate, but that’s getting rarer now, I’m guessing it’s because people think it’s too cheesy, but I think it’s retro as hell! If you like beef and onion, then you have to try out this recipe for Chinese takeaway beef and onion 🧅 🥩 one of the most underrated dishes on a Chinese takeout menu, and it’s pretty closed to traditional Chinese food. If you like Chinese takeaway or takeout Char Siu (Chinese roast pork) then this is a must try recipe for you. It’s much easier than you’d expect and hits the spot every time. It’s best cooked in a BBQ over hot coals, but it’s the wrong time of year for that 😂 Anyway I’m off to eat more Char Siu 🥓🥢

The poached chicken video got over 1 million views on here, which is amazing, but a lot of people were left confused, Chinese takeaways aren’t just adding the poached chicken to the sauce, the poached chicken isn’t the final product, it’s cooked in the wok to brown off and add flavour. Went to our got to Chinese takeaway, The Golden House in Minehead, Somerset, yes we buy takeaway, one because the best part of a takeaway is not having to fu***ng cook an wash up everything after, and the other part that I find more important, is supporting a small local business, we’re all in this together from pubs, to Indian takeaways, if we don’t support these business, in 10/20 years time, they’ll be gone, but that’s just my thoughts on it.

If you like Chinese takeaway chicken Chop Suey, then you have to try this recipe. This dish was supposedly invented to feed hungry sailors in the US docks late at night when the Chinese restaurants had nothing left, they just threw a loads of left over stuff into a wok and cooked it up! Anyway hope you like this recipe! 🍗🍜

Here is a recipe for Chinese takeaway crispy chilli beef, one I’ve used in an actually Chinese takeout before so as always my recipes are legit from takeaways 😁 This batter and sauce is more of the new school version, but the old school version is found in my cookbook, only sold on www.ziangs.com or click the link in bio like tree.
