The Abergavenny Food Festival was an absolute blast, we showed people how to cook a classic chicken chow mein to help promote our new cookbook, which was on early sale there and they all sold out! Seven Dials , met some amazing people, got Ping Coombes 📍🇲🇾 new book rice and watched her whole demo, wanted to give her a huge shoutout as she basically mentored me before going on stage because I was so nervous as this is the first time doing a demo like this, some amazing advice that I will keep for ever! Sorry Sam and Shauna we came to say good bye to you guys but you were cooking so could and we had to leave to before you finished. James Henry Nathan is a fu***ng hero, thank you, your wife and your whole team for catering, you worked so hard, and sorry mum doesn’t like cheese 🤣 Edd Kimber was great to meet you and Dominic Franks huge thanks for the great questions during our demo! And not forgetting Food Waste Disruptor, fu***ng legend!
