Which Does not build confidence

I am requesting each and every one of you
Four Candidates
Please take it on yourself to get involved

To meet my family for meaningful meetings
To bring closure before I die.
Many will have heard of my families troubles with the very top of Avon and Somerset police and their determination not to meet my family.
Like the post-masters it has gone on for 17 years
With lie after lie and every way to not deal with it
On March 30th 2023 I delivered another 120 plus pages of evidence to Avon and Somerset police for them to add to their

This determination, is only matched by the determination, we believe we were shown to my family, For A decade and we are still suffering.
The lady of the house opposite our flat was at the very top of
Avon and Somerset police just 2 meters away for our home.
Protected by a Commander who sent us threatening letters containing lies & did not even talk to us the victims.
A Chief Constable who turned a blind eye to our request to be protected,
The vast amount of police time being used, and at least one councillor who told us he had meeting/s in the Chief Constable's office about this.
There is massive information in the public domain and (lots more will be put up until we get justice)
Backed up by the years of sometimes almost nightly police attendances for the best part of a decade
Most times we suffered without the police
Remembering the similarities to the post office scandal were 400 or over have died without justice.
10% at their own hands
You only imagine how may 1000s times we could have joined the 10% in a decade of not knowing what next door will do to my family next
Remember the police-committee seem to have had the power to sack or hire the chief constable
We have asked for a meeting on neutral ground
in a meeting room or village hall. This would cost well lest than £100.
We have suffered for 17 years
This first meeting will likely take two or more hours
It is recorded about the goings on, in what is now Taunton police station, and why we do not trust the police or council which we believe also needs investigating
For starting what we see as a hate type crime against my family and the lies told to the ombudsman plus much more
lies like we do not need window light
most of our light comes from the skylights above floor (3) three of somebody else's property
We have a ground floor flat.

This should have been dealt with by an outside force 17
years ago.
Not a commander who did not talk to the victims & regular meets the suspected aggressor. Through their work and would have had private access to each other.
The commander was affectively junior to her mate she was investigating
Not at least two grades above, as needed

Southwest-One (with its nearly800 shared staff & offices through out the above & access to all of these).
Plus More
like the sub-postmasters this is not about compensation.
No amount of compensation can bring back my health (I am 75 next year)
The distress
The inability to live in peaceful enjoyment of our property.
The ability to choose the number of children
The ability to move up the property ladder.
We missed out on the quality of life this would have given us
We missed out on the increase in value of a bigger property
It was impossible to go to work between 2am-4am. & drive up to 200 miles
With the intimidation going on so many nights
What ever is said about the arson/fire (which was not investigated properly)
We would have moved both home and business long before the arson/fire
It is impossible to move the premises
When you have to have so many days off with the massive regular loss of taking.
The arson/fire turned us from a business family to one of the poorest family in Taunton.
My wife works three days a week to pay of debts seven years this on meaning no benefits
Which means we three live on my pension only
And we pay council tax
A very large part of our takings came from the 1500 pasties (1.5k) I got for £100 a time for over a decade until
the arson/fire.
Loose a day and most of that take would be profit not available to pay bills and move to high street premises. Where some of these pasties costing 10p would have sold for £2 or £5 with chips peas and tea.
For about a decade the walls and roof have moved on our kitchen meaning it needs rebuilding the kitchen units have rotted years ago
We have a microwave kettle, table top fridge, and table top freezer in the passageway
Our food is kept in the living room
Next door dug the foundations contrary to the party wall law.
When told to stop he refused
Stating he did not know that law
(his occupation was senior planning officer)
I have lost loads of friends because they feel guilty etc.
But if you wish you could ask
if any of these come to your door
Please ask them what are they going to do about this case
