Sleep is so important for our mind and body to recover from the day and rest ready to survive another day.

I’ll never have a 6 pack and in all honesty I don’t want one! I just want to be healthy enough to live long enough to see my daughter grow and succeed in life.

There’s more to life than having 0% fat on your body and eating clean 24/7! Have that glass of wine, have the takeaway sometimes life is to be enjoyed not to be restricted.

I can’t wait to see what 2025 brings me we are only half way through January and already have people saying how much better I look and slimmer I look already!

Other peoples opinions don’t matter to me only my own but it is so nice to hear people say they see changes in me, gives me more motivation to continue the hard work 🫶🏼✌🏼

GTPS can f**k off… now the doctors are 99% sure I have fibromyalgia ontop of my GTPS. My mental health is f**ked, my get up and go is no where to be seen and I have less than 0 people to turn to and help me with daily stuff including taking my daughter to school for me.

I feel like I’m fighting a loosing battle 😭😭
