❓ What is Body Pump HEAVY?

🏋 BODYPUMP HEAVY is a tempo-based weightlifting class that emphasizes heavier loads, lower repetitions, slower movement speeds, and longer recovery periods compared with traditional BODYPUMP. Instead of performing very high-repetition sets for muscular endurance, participants focus on lifting heavier weights with more attention to strength, technique, and progressive overload.

✅ The goal is to make serious strength training accessible in a group fitness environment without the intimidation some people feel in a traditional weight room.

ZUMBA KIDS IS BACK TOMORROW!!!Does your child love to dance???

🧡We practice balance and co-ordination
🧡We play games and activities
🧡But most importantly, we have LOTS OF FUN!!!!!

WHAT AN EVENING! Thank you so much Toning crew for tonight! We may have had to stop for a bit cos of the smoke smell but thankfully it wasn’t our building (I saw the fire engines on my walk home & hope it isn’t too serious🤞🏻and no one is hurt)
But Extra shout out to Angela for shutting all the doors & cupboard up while we continued dancing 🫶🏻

I will be back to Toning on Tuesday 16th June!💜💜💜

Going forward our evening Zumba class is going to start at 6.15pm each Wednesday due to a timetable shuffle at NR Thetford. It’s a teeny tiny change so hopefully I still get to have a dance with you all. 💃🏼🕺You can book this on the FitSense App📲right now! And there’s currently just ONE SPACE LEFT!

Morning Zumba Gold💛 will stay at the same time as it is.
