It's a sad day for us today as we bid farewell to our engineer, Tom. In the 7 years Tom has worked here, everyone at the bakery has been entertained by his extensive repertoire of questionable jokes and top banter. Tom is hanging up his spanner for a new career as a driver for Ember electric buses. We wish Tom every success and happiness with his move and hope he'll pop back to see us on Mull again when he gets a chance. You'll truly be missed, Tom! Good luck!

Our biscuits wouldn't exist without the whole team behind them. From the bakers, packers, cleaners, and warehouse crew, to our driver, engineers, supervisors and managers, each and every one of our staff members has an important and vital role to play. There are a few folk missing from the photo but they are just as important!
