Baked oats for breakfast…one of my absolute favs!😋
Topped with fat free greek yoghurt, 2 tspns skinny syrup, frozen summer fruit and even added a sliced banana! 🍌🍓🫐

I knew I had got a busy day, so this would fill me up and keep my satisfied most of the day and stop craving for unhealthy snacks 😊

Today is our wedding anniversary…27 years married,but 36 years together!
We are having a nice glass of wine this evening and going out to Totnes and a gin tasting on Saturday with our daughter 🥰

I am on national accredited registers to MIFSM level with the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and always keeping up to date with the latest fire legislations 📕
