Looking for a massage or holistic treatment but never really found what your looking for?

I offer a spa treatment experience in my rustic barn conversion treatment room. I’m talking tranquil setting with no outside noise, heated blankets, premium wide and cushioned treatment couch for all body types, bespoke blended massage oils and luxury cruelty free facial products.

My treatments are for those looking for something special to relax your muscles and your mind. I have 17 years experience in curating and offering bespoke treatments designed with complete relaxation in mind.

I don’t do painful massages that make you feel sore and uncomfortable I use techniques that release tension and stress without the pain.

Come set up with me

My couch is from .uk I bought this particular couch a couple of years ago because it’s extra wide at 31 inches and has an extra deep 7.5 inch mattress which makes it comfortable for everyone and everybody. No more feeling like your going to fall off

I then use a mattress topper and a .uk heated blanket to make it cosy.

I pop a blanket on to hide the underneath of the bed and use the softest towels from these are the same towels you find in luxury spas because no one wants to lay for over an hour on a scratchy towel.

My couch is a three part couch so I can adjust it for everyone it’s especially comfortable in the reclined position with knee support. Ask my clients they will tell you how comfy it is once they wake up from their nap 😂.

I can’t tell you how many clients comment on this couch and how comfortable it is. I like to think they come to me for the treatment experience but I also think they come to me for the couch.

Why is neck and shoulder massage so important in a facial?

Our face neck and shoulders have around 80 muscles. Many working together to move and support your head which weighs 5kg. With bad posture and stress this all pulls and creates tension in the face and Jaw.

All this tension in the neck and shoulders draws down on the face and jaw tension can cause asymmetry and puffiness. Not only does this affect appearance it’s common for it to cause headaches and pain.

In all my facials I use extensive facial massage to release this tension improve circulation and lift the muscles. Facial massage improves appearance and it also relaxes and activates your parasympathetic nervous system getting you out of fight or flight mode, relax your jaw and drop your shoulder’s.
