INFANT OBSERVATION OPPORTUNITY: HELP A PSYCHOTHERAPIST UNDERSTAND CHILD DEVELOPMENT

Hello expectant parents! I am Matthew, a registered psychotherapist based in North East London.

As part of my ongoing training, I will be observing an infant and caregiver regularly over the first year of life, and I am currently looking for an expectant family / mother who would like to take part.

This is a low-effort commitment which would contribute to our understanding of child development, particularly how the baby begins to make sense of their world and forms relationships.

Previous parents have shared that this is a uniquely rewarding experience, and that they benefited from having this regular time to focus on their baby and themselves in the early stages of parenthood.

Observations are short, at home, and at a time which is convenient for you. It would be great to hear from you if you have a baby due in the coming months, or if your baby is less than or around one month old.
