Yesterdays Fishos Exploits at the beautiful Moorlands Farm, don’t go here much but should do as it’s the closest on the match calendar for me. Drew an absolute rocketship in shape of peg 3 on Meadow a great peg in that bowl along side the other handful in the bowl, and last person you wanna see turn up on 8 is the 🐐 Andy Bennett 😫. Must say a massive thanks to Mikey Williams for giving me some advice before the all in which just simplified the attack, because I was running up my own ass with a variety of baits a little unsure not knowing the venue. Had a great start mugging with maggots caught 6 fish very quick, but they were super tricky to catch, they’ve seen every trick in the book so clever managed to tick along nice catching an odd one going into last hour and half and they pretty much disappeared, knew needed to catch on bottom either short or in edge, but couldn’t buy a bite apart from an odd tiny skimmer. Watched the 🐐 really motor in this time catching around 8 fish and I knew he’d done me then caught one little tiny carp right at the death but miles of the champ. 128lb for 2nd.
The man is different gravy and really showed his class got his timing right and took full advantage.
Much needed day today with my little princess 👸🏼 when you feel a little down I look at her and she puts everything right and into perspective🥰.
Next out a week Wednesday for Fisho at Weston so fingers crossed for that one.
