It was such a joy to welcome Emma Daley of Emma's doodles to today's Drivetime show on Rhondda Radio 106.1FM + 97.5FM

Emma is an amazing artist who paints affirming, empowering pictures that remind us all that the human body is a beautiful, wonderful thing, regardless of size, and that we don't have to conform to impossible beauty standards to be worthy of love and acceptance.

I'm so grateful to Emma for giving up her time today to talk about this important issue, and would urge you all to go to see her exhibition at Treorchy library before she takes it home at the end of the month.

I'm really looking forward to this week's show. I've got a special guest coming into the studio!

Emma Daley is the creative heart of Emma's doodles. Emma has been creating body affirming art for years now, and has an exhibition of her work in Treorchy Libary at the moment. I went to see it today, its an amazing collection!

Emma will be joining me in the studio to talk about her work, and the inspiration behind the art. I'm so looking forward to speaking with her, I know you're going to enjoy it too!

I enjoyed an evening of 70s music at Ton Pentre Football Club on Friday, enjoying the sounds of Abigails Party. I even dressed up in a vintage 70s dress, a loan from a very dear friend

I'll be carrying on the 70s vibe later today on Rhondda Radio 106.1FM + 97.5FM Drivetime, from 4-6, with a selection of some of the best tunes from the decade rhat not only produced some great music, but also produced me!

I've been in the Friends of Rhondda Rotary Community Shop today, helping to fundraise for Rhondda Litter Pickers & Environment.

I'm teaching yoga tonight at Canolfan Pentre, from 7-8.30. So I'll be ready to Slow Dowb tonight by 10.
