Day 12 of Christmas

We’re proud to share that Universal Pixels is now a certified B-Corp.

This achievement has been years in the making — a reflection of the values that have shaped UP since day one. B-Corp certification recognises the highest standards of social and environmental performance, from how we support our team, to how we work with clients, suppliers and our local community.

But this isn’t a finish line. It’s the start of a new chapter.

Over the months ahead we’ll be strengthening our impact reporting, improving our data, and preparing for the next generation of B-Corp standards.

Most importantly, we’re excited to work with our customers, partners and community to create meaningful value together — raising the bar for responsible practice across our industry.

Day 10 of Christmas 🎅🏼

Lorde wrapped up her European leg of the Ultrasound Tour last night, a run that spanned 12 countries and 15+ arena shows, following her standout Glastonbury performance earlier this year. From double nights at London’s O2 Arena to major dates across Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia, it’s been a strong finish to her 2025 touring season.

Our team supported the European run as the video supplier, delivering the screen systems that helped shape the visual identity of the show across some of Europe’s biggest arenas.

A huge appreciation for every department on the road — incredible teamwork all round, and a great way to close out the year. 🌍✨

Day 9 of Christmas 🎅🏼

In 2025 we were proud to partner with Bucks College Group to provide our first T-Level industry placements — giving future talent real insight into this incredible industry.

Over the last 12 months we:

🔸hosted 11 students for over 1,200 hours of industry learning
🔸gave hands on experience with LED, cameras, prep, service, and more
🔸won the Bucks College Group Business Impact Award for our commitment to developing young talent

For us, the goal is simple: open doors, share knowledge, and help shape the next generation of technical professionals.

To every student who joined us this year — thank you for your energy and curiosity.

Day 8 of our 15 days of Christmas✨

Investing in our crew means investing in the future of what we do.

This year we’ve been running crew training days to support both upcoming and current crew in their development. Last week we partnered with ROE Visual for their training, giving our crew the chance to get hands-on with the technical side of LED.

The feedback says it all - crew left feeling more confident, more knowledgeable and ready to put what they learned into practice. Some are already signed up for the next session at the ROE Visual UK base at Production Park.

Huge thanks to Hannah and the wider team for making it happen. Keep your eyes peeled for more crew training days coming soon.

Hozier’s Unreal Unearth tour has been one of the highlights of our year.

40+ shows across multiple continents, audiences reaching hundreds of thousands, and a visual journey as powerful as the music itself.

We were proud to supply LED for this tour, delivering the visual backbone that helped shape each unforgettable performance.

This year UP made a significant investment in Absen Venus Pro 4.8, and it was all with one very special tour in mind.

Climbable, lightweight and built for outdoor performance with Brompton Technology Limited receiver cards for exceptional processing.

When Oasis announced their long-awaited return, we knew we needed the right kit to match the scale of the moment!

Day 2 of Christmas 🎅🏼

✨ What a tour. What a year. What a team. ✨

Robbie Williams wrapped up his Britpop Tour in October, we couldn’t help but look back with pride. 38 shows across 23 countries, over 1.3 million minds blown, and every night lit up with custom-built LED.

This tour marks another chapter in our long-standing relationship with Robbie Williams, a journey that started all the way back on UP’s very first job 9 years ago. From those early days to this record-breaking run, it’s been an honour to bring the vision to life.

And just like that… the Oasis World Tour comes to an unforgettable close.
From July to November, we set out with one mission: to deliver a show that met the highest standards we’ve ever set for ourselves, every single night.

What followed was beyond anything we could have imagined.

41 shows. 5 months. 5 continents.
From Cardiff in July to Brazil this Sunday, more than 2.8 million people took in the experience across the world - our LED and equipment helping bring it all to life.

This wasn’t just a tour. It was a celebration that connected cities, countries, and cultures, proof of the power music has to bring people together on a global scale.

All of it made possible by the outstanding work from our incredible crew.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this epic tour possible.
