Mothers day Sunday lunch

Certainly don't miss getting up at silly O'clock to do the Sunday lunches but without a shadow of doubt my favourite meat to cook was Pork as you can see with this fine specimen (other meats available) with crispy crackling fresh Yorkshire puddings and home made roast tatties 😇

The very best of luck to the customers in the reopening of the pub ..your pub.

We've seen the comments made by people we sacked or banned for good reasons , so duly noted about how clean the pub was left ..bit of a cheap shot from ...well cheap people...and this is before opening and my views have been passed onto the Brewery where we still have good friends as we know the full history not the spin that was put on it.
Running a pub in any conditions is a tough ask nowadays let alone under the Brewery's conditions so I would wait until you are a success before bagging us off as we will have a lot of our friends going in there and business you will definitely need.
Knowing the Brewery much better than most reading this, rational goes out the window hence me having to put up this post and the appointment in the first place ..astonishing...the only piece of advice I got was ...don't sell your house so we didn't.
Even with the figures we produced an average of 9.61% surplus with a food GP of 71.9% we still got hoofed out 2 days early and we left on good terms not sacked like others...let's see how you get on.

People that live in glass houses and all that.

As I've mentioned before ..that pub will be here long after we all have gone so we will drink to it being re opened.

All the best everyone and we will see you when we look at you...what could possibly go wrong.

Hi all
Just a quick update:
Contrary to rumours we won't be taking over The Rising Deer, Travellers or Gallows for that matter
We did get aproached and had discussions with The Deer but gut instinct tells you different let's say and there was no way we were going to get involved without the genuine owners blessing who we know and like but it never even got to that stage but you wont see us anytime soon in there. maybe another time and day but we do have plans.

With regards to this page.

We had a strange request from someone portraying to be from.the brewery asking for log ins and access through FB..strange from a tech free company but we did write to the Brewery and say we would be quite willing to help any new management team going forward
depending on who they are and reputation of course as it's took time effort and money to do what we did and after queries there still hasn't been a response to who that is or if its from them.

We will be nipping up to the Travellers high moor this Monday eve if anyone fancies a catch up and beer to watch our good folk singer friends at about 8pm.

Now back in the black and white ..sorry gold days, the days where we loved live entertainment and music before working at the "Firm" a lot will know we actually use to take over pubs hotels and venues and put on shows food ect , we used any excuse to have a shin dig and just spend quality time with quality people basically without encouraging the balloons that spoil a night so this is one of our set ups Brampton elm Events
