It was great to see our very own Samantha Down take the stage recently at the Britain's Energy Coast Business Cluster Energy Networx event at the North Lakes Hotel & Spa in Penrith!🎤✨

We’re delighted to welcome Eleanor to 32West this week as she joins Amee and Meg in our growing social media team.

Today she's been settling into our Ulverston office, complete with a lunchtime tour of some must-see local sites courtesy of Jonathan!

Eleanor brings with her several years of experience, having worked with a wide range of clients across sectors. We've been impressed by her drive and creativity already and can't wait to see what she'll achieve here at 32West.🙌

The wonderful Holker Hall & Gardens provided the setting for the most recent meeting of the St Mary's Hospice Compassionate Companies network - and we were delighted to spend time with fellow supporters.✨

32West became a Compassionate Company last year - our small way of supporting the fantastic work the hospice does.

James, one of our directors - who has also served as a trustee at the hospice for the past four and a half years - was joined by our work experience student for the week, Phillip Crayson.

They spent time making new connections with fellow Compassionate Company team members before enjoying a tour of the spectacular gardens at Holker.🌿

Phillip threw himself in at the deep end, filming content for this video - well done, Phillip!🙌

Meg and James had a fantastic time at the Grand Opening of Forth Engineering (Cumbria) Ltd's new Precision Machining Facility yesterday!☀️🛠️

They were in good company too. As well as the Forth team, Goodlives West Cumbria, Energy Coast UTC and Gen2 were in attendance, with the facility officially opened by the Head of Manufactured Products at Sellafield Ltd - and new iSH board member - Gareth Frazer.👏

It was great to see the local community come together for such a momentous occasion. We’re immensely proud to support Forth in this exciting new chapter.🎉

Claire had a fantastic time at the Cumbria Tourism Awards last night as the special guest of one of our valued clients, H&H Insurance Brokers.🌟

Held at Kendal's Castle Green Hotel - managed by Legacy Hotels & Resorts, the awards recognised the best of our county's tourism and hospitality industry. It was wonderful to see the outstanding achievements of so many amazing local businesses being celebrated.🏆

Huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners, and a big thanks to everyone who made the evening so special.

We had a fantastic time at our recent Summer Team Day as we tried out some of the amazing activities that our area has to offer.🙌 Our day involved: 🦙Walking adorable alpacas with Alpacaly ever after 🥗A delicious lunch at The Lingholm Kitchen & Walled Garden café.🛶Taking to to Derwentwater for a canoe treasure, bushcraft and marshmallows led by Keswick Canoe and Bushcraft. One thing's for sure - we do like a bit of variety! It's safe to say we'll be remembering this day for a long time to come. A huge thanks to the fantastic local businesses mentioned above for making our day so special.🌟

Our Story

At the beating heart of 32West is a team which is passionate about helping businesses deliver excellence and change through great PR , content and marketing.

Our directors, James Higgins, Frank Stretton and Jonathan Lee have more than 75 years of combined experience in the media industry and have won many awards along the way.

They left the industry in early 2018 and after 32West was established by James, Frank soon joined as a partner and director. He was followed by Jonatan in 2019.

All three have an in-depth understanding of the media landscape and know how to build brand awareness through positive PR and content marketing campaigns.
