I had a lovely time at my corner shop lol
I went round for to buy some bread and the guy I speak to is lovely who works at the shop and was making a coffee and said if I wanted one and I said I like tea and said I make u one.

I was like no it’s ok no need to bother you and he made me a lovely cup tea and was just chatting for 10mins ☺️

Had my first iapt call..
So mentally drained from everything on how I feeling and talking about su***de.
But it’s baby steps on getting myself better and I scared to hurt myself.
I wanna be here for my friends and partner ❤️
Just hard feeling this way but as I said it’s a start to a better future hopefully 🙏
