Well Hello Instagram 👋🏻

It’s no lie I’ve been MIA 😂 since November in fact!

I’m not usually one to admit it but I was struggling for a while there. Being a mum, business owner, friend, daughter and women in general was feeling really overwhelming and I realised that my free time was no longer my own.

But as always my clients work is more important to me than posting on my own socials and something had to give so here we are ☺️

Anyway.. life didn’t stop while I was posting so here’s a dump of some lovely things that happened while I was away 🩷

3 Whole years of JessDoesMedia! 🎂

I truly cannot believe it has been three years since I took the leap of faith & started my business and in honour of three years, here's three things I wish I could of told myself at the beginning...

- This sh*t is going to be hard!! There will be days where you feel so overwhelmed and out of your depth you want to throw in the towel, but you keep showing up ❤
- Strive for day-to-day success. Each small step on your journey is something to be celebrated 👏🏻
- Don't be so hard on yourself. Try to forget about that "boss babe bad b*tch" mentality for a minute and focus on the best work possible for your clients. Stop trying to do it all! 😄

Did I achieve my business goals last year? No. But full transparency, 2023 was a year of personal celebration in so many ways and one of the best years of my life. Turning 30, watching my kids growing up, spending time with friends & family, travelling & saying yes more. I have big dreams and goals to fill this year. I feel ready to make them happen!

So seeing as we are in the sparkly new year of 2024, my message to you is... Make the leap, work hard & remember to be kind to yourself in the process ✨
