Prada, Miu Miu, Dior, we’ve all seen the ads, or walked past the luxury handbags at the airport or department store, yet Paola Dcroz presents these brands in a way we’ve never seen before. By deconstructing the perfect magazine pages, she creates bespoke collages that ooze fashion, but also deliver poignant messages of loneliness and solitude. Originally from Columbia, Paola explores themes of vulnerability in her work, drawing inspiration from her everyday observations of the world and the people who inhabit it.

Another fantastic submission to our 'Vintage Magazine Challenge' made by

Only using a 'Practical Householder' magazine from 1965, Mystey created a brilliant series of collages, using some interesting techniques to transform this magazine into 5 lovely artworks! We loved Mysty's submissions to our Vintage Magazine Challenge and we think you will too!

GF Smith produces some of the highest quality paper there is to offer, and it is our pleasure to collaborate with them to produce our GF Smith Challenge!

The challenge is all about colour, specifically, the stunningly beautiful colours of GF Smith’s Colorplan range. You receive 30 coloured A5 sheets individually picked so no two packs are the same.

Your challenge is simply to create a collage with them. It could be a landscape, still life, portrait, poster, abstract or something else. There’s only one rule – you can only use the Colorplan papers to create your collage.
