🎤💡 Seamless AV for a Prestigious Medical Conference! 🏛️

We’ve recently wrapped up an incredible 3-day, 5-track medical conference at the iconic Guildhall in London — and we were proud to be the AV team behind the scenes.

From start to finish, we delivered full audio-visual solutions across the main plenary hall and all breakout spaces, ensuring every one of the hundreds of presentations ran smoothly.

✔️ Digital poster boards – a cutting edge and space-saving way for delegates to view 150+ posters

✔️ A Speaker Preview area – working with each presenter individually to load and test all presentation content and ensure all videos and media ran correctly.

Another successful production for our friends at Clockwork Medical! 🎉

We had the pleasure of delivering a 3-day, multi-room conference at the stunning Cutler’s Hall in Sheffield — complete with a main plenary, parallel sessions, and industry breakout presentations. 🎤🏛️

All main room content was recorded for on-demand viewing, so delegates can catch up post-event at their convenience. 🎥📲

That’s a wrap on BASK 2025!

We loved bringing this year’s conference to life with a custom branded blended screen as part of the main plenary setup, silent headset theatres in the heart of the exhibition, digital posterboards, multiple breakout rooms, and a central speaker preview hub connecting it all. 🙌
