I bought a bag of all my fav tunes to .fm the other day and in there was the first dub I ever cut of my own tunes , for years I could hardly imagine releasing my own own music let alone having it committed to wax. I was digging back through the archives to find the day I went to cut it (which is on the swipe ) on the final clip music house legend Leon strolls into shot. We sadly lost Leon a few years back I can’t say I was at all close with him personally but through his input into the uk music scene I felt a strong b**g and admiration for him. I was trying to play it cool when I went in but the very thought of all the legendary new music that had made its way through these circuits and wires that my track was now going through was a thrill un like any other. Every time I bring this one out get a wiff of that acetate and hear the crackles , it’s reminds me how lucky I am to have discovered music and through it all the beautiful people I have met along the way. I am grateful for every fleeting second of it ❤️❤️❤️

I was genuinely dreading my birthday this year ( as I’m sure a lot of you do) very little planned and rather hoping it would pass by with little fuss. However all the love and kind words I received made me feel so whole and complete it turned into one of the best days in awhile. If we showed people the same love and compassion like it was their birthday everyday the world would be a better place. Shouts all my family , friends old and new for giving such a beaut day xx
