Every other photo in my feed is someone on holiday, which I genuinely love seeing but it’s easy to get caught up in the comparison trap.

Just a little reminder that we usually only see the best bits!

The first photo is me posing, elongating my body and creating shapes (practicing my pose ), the 2nd photo is me relaxed in my body and the smile is real.

Before this portfolio shoot with back in 2023, I was feeling very negative and uncomfortable about my body but this shoot took me to a better place and was exactly what I needed.

I don’t waste anymore time worrying about what others might think of my body, life really is too short so just enjoy it!
