It would be unusual if we were on time with these… 😂 Pleased to say our Travel Vlog will be finally uploaded on 15/09. See us enjoy our hotel breakfast before tackling the airport with two very excited girls 🤩🥳 I wish we could go back to this day there’s no better feeling than travel day ☺️😍

Day Seventeen- Shopping and Home Time

We woke up at around 09:30 before we (I) had a mass dash around trying to sort the cases 🧳 and gathered up everything with the intention of heading out to Vinelands Outlet 🛍️ after breakfast. Breakfast is pretty good at the Holiday Inn they had a wide range of options - very similar to Holiday Inn at home but with a side of Mickey Waffles 🐭🧇🤣

We arrived at Vinelands and went in Nike and Under Armour where we picked up some bargains - in preparation for our return to the gym 👟🏋️‍♀️ and ‘healthy living’ 🥗🤣

The girls wanted to look in Disney Character Warehouse. I think here you have to just drop on things- personally I think there is a lot of tat 😬, but today we did pick up a Christmas Ornament, two drink bottles (UP & Coco) and a Lotso 🩷 Bag!

It felt like a sauna walking round 🥵🔥 so we took a break in the food court to grab a drink and quick snack 🧋🥗

It was then a short Uber ride 🚕 to Disney Springs - Evie had saved some money for a Princess Tinkerbell Doll 💚 and Florrie wanted to buy her friends a gift 🥰

Back to the hotel for more packing 🧦🩳 , a shower🚿 and to get ready to leave for the airport ✈️ We are fortunate that Allan is a IHG member and collates alot of reward points during his work trips, so we were able to use some of these points to book the room for an extra night, just so we could use the bathroom and have a base till we were ready to leave 🥰 Lucky because the hotel were more than happy to hold our bags but they do not have a shower facilities 😬 and you NEED to shower 🚿 after stepping outside here ☀️😅💦

We got through the airport ok until security where we (I) had stupidly packed two new Mickey Handsoaps in our carry-on bags!! 😫😫😫 - we obviously had to leave these behind 😢

The girls were hungry and given they aren’t a fan of plane food ✈️ they had a Burger King 🍟 Pleased they did as I write this from the airport still waiting for our delayed flight. 😫⛈️🌩️⚡️ (turned out to be 2hours delayed!)

Hopefully we don’t have too long to wait and we will be on our way 💕 We have had an amazing time and feel so lucky that this is our second visit to our happy place 💕 we are looking forward to home now. I’m personally looking forward to a nice cup of tea, a Sunday dinner and my own bed 🛏️🥱

Day Sixteen- Final Park Day - Island of Adventures

Urrrr woke up and swear every bone in our bodies hurt 🫩 apart from the girls who woke up fully recharged 🔋😵‍💫

It was an IoA day and being honest we really had to push ourselves to go however once we were there we were fine and had a nice day.

We didn’t really have a plan today just wanted to take it easy and see what we could ride 🎢 we did well:

All the rides in Seuss Landing ❤️💙

Forbidden Journey 🧹

Popeye’s x 2 💦💦💦💦 (all soaked as per 🤣)
Spider-Man ♥️🕸️

Wait times were pretty low and most of the rides we walked onto - aside from Hagrids 🧙🏻‍♂️which every time we looked was 100+mins - no chance today mate! ❌

We were too bothered to do the big ones like Hulk 💚👊 and Velocicoaster 🦖🎢 this time but the wait times for these were also low today.

We ate lunch in Dino Digs 🍔🍟 which was very average and typical theme park food.

What we did notice walking around the park was that it was looking a bit tired ,and not the cleanest 😳 in fact it was pretty disgusting in some of the toilets - like being back home 🤣

We ended the day with a quick change back at the hotel before heading to Disney Springs for our last night meal at Chef Art’s Homecoming which was chosen by Florrie who seriously enjoyed 😋 the mashed potato last time she needed more before we ended our trip 🥰

Tomorrow is our last full day before we fly home in the evening ✈️🌚 Nothing too crazy planned just a little last minute shopping 🛍️ because we haven’t spent enough already 🤣💸💸💸

Day Fifteen - Final MK Day

I am a day behind now - damn I was doing so well this time! 😆

It’s tradition that we finish off Disney at MK so that’s where we headed 🏰✨

We’d had some successful trips so didn’t really need to ‘wrap up’ as we say but we wanted to ride Tron 🏍️💨 again and see what characters were around to meet - as you must know by now that Evie loves a character meet 🙊🥰

On character watch Evie assured us that the step sisters 💚🩷 from Cinderella 🩵 were out behind the castle so she marched us over there 🏃🏼‍♀️👟💨

It was 35mins wait for Tron so that’s where we headed next - doing a couple of photo passes along the way 📸 including the 360 photograph behind castle, which we didn’t realise was available at MK thinking this was only at Epcot! 🤩

We then went back over to the castle 🏰💫to watch the Festive of Fantasy Parade 👑 We all loved seeing some of favourites ♥️

Since we arrived in Orlando Florrie had been wanting to do the Laugh Floor 🟢 👁️ (pushing it for emoji’s now 😆) so that was our next stop.

Lunch was over in Pinocchio’s. On the way Florrie spotted one of her favourite You Tuber’s - Summer Lee! Who was so lovely with her 🥰 it really made her day she was buzzing 💕 or ‘chuffed’ as we say in Yorkshire!

After lunch we headed into the Princess Fairytale Hall which was a walk on/in, and met up with the following princesses:
Tiana 💚
Rapunzel 💜
Cinderella 🩵
and Belle 💛

We then walked on The Little Mermaid Ride before meeting Ariel and finished our day with a quick ride on Goofy’s Barnstormer 🎢

MNSSHP 🎃 was taking place that evening which was perfect for us as the park was not busy and wait times were low all day - it’s a good time to go if you want a quieter day but you do need to leave at 6pm if you do not have a MNSSHP ticket ☺️

Saying that we were all still very tired 😴when we arrived back to our hotel so it was a quick dip in the pool 👙💦 (Evie is still on a pool ban so she chilled on the side with me) before we had a bite to eat in the hotel and a earlier night.

Day Fourteen - Hollywood Studios Wrap Up

Very late posting this one 🙈

So we had covered a lot at HS previously but we wanted one final visit of this trip and meet up with Horns do Disney so we could use our lightening lanes and ride Slinky Dog together ☺️

But first coffee! 🧋headed to Starbucks where we used some of dining credits. If you order a drink and a food item(that contains a protein source) then this classifies as a quick service meal - and you might as well go large on the drink, as size does not matter here 😆

After this we met quite a number of characters who were all out in force today much to the girls delight 🤩 before the storm hit ⛈️☔️(again 😒) we headed to the Little Mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️🐚show which again was fantastic 💚💜 I think that The Little Mermaid has the best song track. I did get reminded a couple of times by Florrie that this was NOT a sing-along show 🎶😳🤣

We met up with The Horns over in Toy Story Land 🤠🚀 and jumped onto Toy Story Mania to take shelter from the rain 💧☔️💧

Which we timed perfectly as we walked out to find the rain had passed 🤜🏻 so we went straight over to Slinky Dog 🐾🎢

Absolutely love this ride it has to be one of our all time favourites ❤️ and it was great to ride with The Horns ☺️

Evie then wanted to meet more characters so Allan headed off with Nadine and Lily to ride RnR 🎸🎢 (that is pass my limit 🙃) myself & the girls with Ashley went on yet another Character hunt 🤣

It was then time to say goodbye to The Horns ❤️ before heading for some lunch at the quick service stations near Tower of Terror 👻 afterwards we saw the Beauty & Beast show 💛, met up with Mickey & Minnie at Red Carpet Dreams before our last ride on Minnie & Mickey’s Runaway Railway 🚂

Another jam packed day so straight to Disney Springs for a quick bite to eat before hitting the sack at our new hotel - The Holiday Inn Disney Springs. We stayed here for our entire trip on our previous visit it is very handy as Disney Spring is within walking distance 😄 🛍️ not so much for Allan’s wallet 😆🤣

We have a planned a final trip to MK tomorrow 🏰✨ which my poor legs and feet will be relieved to hear 😅 although we still do have Island of Adventures to fit it yet… 😬🤣🤣

Day Thirteen - Epic Universe

We finally made it!

We arrived at the park around 10:30 where we headed straight to Mario World which the girls had been studying for sometime. This was useful as they knew a lot about the Power Up bands and games which you needed to play in order to face the final challenge against Bowser Jr 🐲

We rode Mario Kart first and waited around 45mins for this. We had a wondered round the place - there is a lot to take in it 😲

We then met Princess Peach 👸🏼we were quick lucky 🍀as she came out we were walking by so didn’t really queue 👍🏻

Lucky again 🍀 Toadstool Cafe 🍄 was quiet so walked straight in around 12:15. The girls in particular Evie knew the menu inside out so she advised us what we should get 🤣 Allan had the Mario Burger 🍔, I got the Chicken and potato 🍲 and both girls got the children’s spaghetti 🍝 It was standard theme park food and cost around $60 without drinks, as we had our refillable cup.

We then notice the 40min wait time on Mine Cart Madness so headed over there. This time was previously up at 220mins!! So definitely feeling lucky today 🍀 It was also overcast most of the day 😅 still humid, but must easier to walk round the lake rather than in the blazing sun ☀️

Allan wanted to ride Stardust Racers💫 which had a low wait time all day so he went to do that, while us girls headed to Isle of Berk 🖤 the girls went on Hiccups Wing Gliders about 3 times 🎢 🤣

We were all tired 😴 so called it a day around 16:00, we didn’t see anything else which was a shame, but we’ve learnt you can’t do everything here! We think Epic is definitely a 2 day park 🙃

We called into Disney Springs on the way home and ate at Cooke’s of Dublin 🐟🍟 using our dining credits. We all really enjoyed this meal 😋 quick stop in the World of Disney 🛍️ before an uber back to the hotel (couldn’t be bothered waiting for the bus today!)

We were back for 19:30 so showered early 🚿,some washing 🧺 and then I packed 🧳 which was a challenge with all the stuff the girls had bought 🙈

Today we move to The Holiday Inn at Disney Springs where we stayed last time ☺️

Day Twelve- Epcot Kingdom Wrap Up

So we pushed Epic back again as we wanted to see how Evie’s ear was and decided to return to Epcot to finish off what we had planned to do before we had to cut our day short for ER.

We dropped our neighbours - Horns do Disney a message as we knew they were also heading to Epcot 😊

A quick ride on Spaceship Earth and a FaceTime call to Emmerson, we then met in the Connections Cafe before making our way over to Guardians of the Galaxy 🚀🪐

We have wanted to ride this for so long and even though the wait was 75min we went for it and so glad we did it was one of top rides 🚀⚡️We were manifesting for Everyone Wants to Rule the World but it was A Flock of Seagulls - I Ran which I don’t mind but I would like to ride with the other options too 🎶

After this we headed to Moana’s Journey 🌺💦🌊 which the girls loved last time but we found it more enjoyable this time around and spotted more detail 😍 Last time it was a soft opening and there were a lot of people so you are kinda rushed round a little.

We then headed to meet Mickey and his pals which was a special moment ❤️ Evie was mesmerised and just pure joy in her face 😍 - feeling very lucky we are able to do this as a family 🥰

Hangry 👹 was making an appearance so we headed back to connections to grab lunch 🥗🍕

We then rode soaring ✈️ and living with land 🌱🪻again which again approached more the second time round.

We were walking over to Figment 💜 when we noticed Test Track 🚗💨💨 had a 40min wait time!!! 😱 The girls with Lily got their sprint 🏃🏼‍♀️💨 on to secure a place in the queue.

40mins turned out to 135mins!!! 😵There was point (more than once for me.. 🤣) when we considered sacking it off but the line did start to move more quickly and we were deep into the queue so stuck it out which we were glad as it was a good ride and the changes are great however would we queue 135mins for it??? No! ❌

The Horns who know Disney better than Disney itself! 🥰🤣 directed us straight over to Guest Relations to complain on the wait time - it was never 40mins and must have been some kind of mistake (someone’s in for it… 🤣) Disney were helpful as expected and provided us all with a single lightening lane as a way to say sorry 🥰

The girls were great in the queue but this was as a result of entertainment by The Horns 🥰

It was time for home and we had planned to head to Disney Springs for tea. As there is no direct bus from Epcot we headed back to Port Orleans Riverside where the Horns were staying to catch the boat across 🚤⚓️ however the boats were taking their time so we decided to eat at their hotel using our credits. We were pleasantly surprised at the available options in comparison to Coronado 🍔🍕🍟🍪🌭🥘🥦🍤🍚🦐 and feel like we made a bit of mistake with hotel choice😬 Apparently due to the Convention Centre at Coronado the catering is outsourced and not Disney catering - bit 💩 when you pay Disney prices !!💸💸

We ubered back to our hotel and headed for an earlish night ready to get up for Epic - Finally 🤣
