Hello lovely people I hope you are doing great I have a learning retreat coming up for my students at The NCCH and I need people to come along who would like to have free Clinical Hypnotherapy Sessions.

These supervised hypnotherapy sessions will be delivered by training student therapists who will be supported by me and experienced therapists (all graduates) from the Northern College of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

What to Expect

A structured consultation about what you’d like to work on (e.g. anxiety, confidence, fears, stress, relaxation, pain management, IBS)

Supervised session planning and a tailored hypnotherapy session in a safe, professional environment. You remain in control at all times. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing and empowering.

This can be a powerful standalone session or the beginning of ongoing work if you choose to continue with your therapist afterwards.
