On Saturday 12th July 2025, DJ Pam headed to the fabulous Memoirs Banqueting Suite to celebrate a very special 1st birthday — and what a party it was! 🥳🎈

The room was bursting with colour, laughter, and the BEST party energy. From epic dance-offs to non-stop grooving, every guest brought their A-game to the dancefloor. 💃🕺 Even the little ones were showing off their best moves!

The atmosphere was full of love, joy, and happy faces singing along to all the tunes Pam dropped! 🎶💖

Pam said it was an absolute honour to be part of such a beautiful celebration. She loved every second of it and had a blast keeping the vibes high all night long! 🎧✨

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who keeps the wheels turning both in and out of the office – and that’s our very own Lorraine! 🚗📞📋

Lorraine wears many hats here at J.A.B.S Event Hire – and wears them all like a pro! Whether she’s answering calls, managing bookings, chatting to customers, or running around delivering equipment and staff to all corners of the Midlands – she does it all with a smile and without missing a beat.

She’s one of the lovely voices on the other end of the phone, the organiser who ensures nothing gets missed, and the friendly face you’ll often see at client consultations or out on drop-offs and collections.

Lorraine doesn’t stop there though – she’s even been using her spare time to help the team at The Mem, adding those all-important finishing touches to make our venue look extra special 💫🎀 Her eye for detail and can-do attitude is everything we love about our team.

🌟 JAMIE FIRMAN 🌟

This month’s spotlight is shining brightly on Jamie – the brains, the boss, and the backbone behind so much of what we do at J.A.B.S Event Hire. 🙌💼

Jamie has been working non-stop these past few months, and we just had to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU. From launching our brand new Over 30s GLAM Nights 🪩🎶 (have you got your tickets yet?) to completely upgrading the lighting and sound system at Bloxwich Memorial Club, Jamie has poured his heart, soul, and probably way too many hours into making sure everything is just right.

He’s been making the big decisions, sorting out the smallest details, managing tech setups, running his own events AND still working during the day… we’re not entirely sure when he sleeps 😅

Without Jamie, J.A.B.S simply wouldn’t be what it is today. His vision, hard work, and dedication keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He gives 110% in everything he does and always puts the business and our clients first.

So Jamie – this one’s for you. You’ve earned a well-deserved Employee of the Month and a treat from Calderfields as a thank you for everything you do. 💙👏
