Had the pleasure of chatting with and seeing the electric perform last night at . What a show! I've seen him live before, but last night was something special (.govan 's improv at the end of set 1 was one of the most insane things I've ever witnessed). His latest album, Spellbound, just released and it's well worth your time - world class musicianship. A truly inspiring night!

I will be launching 'Spacetime', my first instrumental guitar album on April 8 from 7pm in London at The Lucky Pig Cocktail Bar ! Many thanks to Cora and Hot Vox for making it happen!

The album will be performed in its entirety, along with a few other instrumental guitar bangers. I wouldn't have imagined I'd be launching the album in the UK all the way back in 2006, when the first ideas for it were developed!

There's a lot of music that has inspired my playing and compositional style over the years, but you'd be surprised to find out that one of the most significant influences has been the music from the Dragon Ball anime!

I played a medley of the OSTs from the Dragon Ball Z anime at the recent launch party for my debut album 'Spacetime', as a tribute to the series' and manga's creator, Akira Toriyama, who passed away last March.

I hope you enjoy my rendition of these timeless tracks (along with my improv solo in the middle!)!
