As part of our commitment to employee development and enhanced service delivery, we're thrilled to share three exciting promotions within the Blue Southern team!

𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 steps into the newly created role of Technical Manager. With his vast experience and knowledge, Paul will now provide dedicated office-based support to the service team, field engineers, customers, and sales - helping to streamline our service operations and boost internal support.

𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 has been promoted to Financial Controller. Louise’s expanded role not only recognises her expertise in accounting but also empowers her to contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making. A huge step forward in both her career and our business vision.

𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 has been promoted to Service Manager. In a short time, Sarah has become an invaluable member of the team, admired for her calm, methodical approach and strong rapport with customers and colleagues. Her promotion is a testament to her exceptional work ethic and leadership.
