🤷♀️ I don’t usually feel the need to explain the content I put out, I’m unapologetically myself and always aim to keep things as real as possible.
Authenticity is everything to me. 💁♀️
BUT , I did want to take a moment to talk about that recent video of the electric outboard boat test (which, by the way, is absolutely amazing — highly recommend if you get the chance to try it!).
The video looks fast, fun, and full of energy, and that’s kind of the point. It’s been edited, sped up, set to music… you know the drill. We wanted to capture attention and make the product, and the industry, look exciting. That’s literally my job. 🤓
In reality, the boat was mainly tested within the safety of a harbour, and we spent very little time at any kind of serious speed. I had a full team with me on board, and we had a chase boat alongside the whole time.
Also, yes, I’m aware I’m not wearing a life jacket in the video. Not ideal, I know. Safety is something I take seriously, always. I’ve spent enough time on the water to know how quickly things can go wrong.
The kill cord was on and properly attached the whole time, and I put a lot of trust in the people I work with out there. I trust my team with my life, I was never in any danger. 😮💨

That said… I’m actually looking for a new life jacket. So if anyone’s got a favourite or a solid recommendation, send it my way! 🙌

My final note, there are people behind social media profiles. 🙏 🙏 🙏
To sum up….
⭐️ The outboard? Incredible.
⭐️ The video? A bit of fun.
⭐️ The reality? Safe, controlled, and done with a lot of respect for the water and the people around me.
Thanks to everyone who’s messaged and commented across all platforms, I always appreciate the feedback. 😘
