What seems to be the norm when mortgage rates start to dip a little is that Estate Agents will contact potential sellers saying ‘now mortgages are more affordable let’s put the price of your property up.’
‘You could get more money potentially because buyers will be able to afford it.’
That’s not the way to get a market started and I think that’s what’s been happening over the last few years and that’s why the market has dipped apart from all the other things going on in the world but let me know your thoughts.
