I feel that the sellers who find a buyer quickly are generally the ones who are most proud of their homes and present them wonderfully (as well as being realistically priced)

If you are a young person looking for a job, then stop embracing AI. AI isn’t your friend.
If you use AI to create your CV then the company you are applying to will know it’s AI.
But if you put some human effort into your CV to come across as real/genuine, while at the same time showing your extremely qualified for the role that you’re applying for, then I think that will definitely work in your favour.
For me AI is a shortcut to failure if you’re looking for a job.
That’s just my take on it.
