If you’re an Estate Agent and think the only important part is the sale then maybe you should do something else.

Being an Estate Agent is about building relationships.
Sometimes those relationships don’t lead to a sale, but they can lead something deeper.
This wasn’t about getting anything financial it was about helping a friend when she needed me.

If you are a young person looking for a job, then stop embracing AI. AI isn’t your friend.
If you use AI to create your CV then the company you are applying to will know it’s AI.
But if you put some human effort into your CV to come across as real/genuine, while at the same time showing your extremely qualified for the role that you’re applying for, then I think that will definitely work in your favour.
For me AI is a shortcut to failure if you’re looking for a job.
That’s just my take on it.
