The station launched full time in August 2011 and carried out four short term broadcasts beforehand. The radio station was founded by local resident and radio geek Matt Cadman and now plays across Hertfordshire giving Watford a voice with local news, events with the biggest tunes from the 90's - today!

🎉 A huge well done to our amazing Breakfast presenter Claire Haestier, who smashed the Step Up Challenge at Watford FC's Vicarage Road last weekend! 🙌⚽️

The challenge celebrated the NHS's 75th birthday and raised vital funds for West Herts Hospitals Charity 💙

Claire took on those stairs like a pro, met loads of friendly faces along the way, and kept smiling throughout. Afterwards, she said:
“I was fine… until I tried to go down the stairs in the morning!” 😅

We’re so proud of Claire and everyone who took part to support our brilliant NHS 👏💪

We definitely won’t be missing this! See you there!
