We found this artwork as a partial torn box. Luckily we’ve been able to recreate it, ready to adorn the shelves of a 1920’s shop or kitchen set.

Our latest restoration project is this plane which would have been displayed in a travel agency. We found it with the wings snapped off and parted from its stand. It’s looking much better now. The Boeing 767 made its first flight in 1983.

Our project for today was recreating so@e 1950s spirit bottles using vintage bottles and graphics from our large archive.

So we’ve spent the morning repairing some of our wooden Bullards beer crates. Bullards brewery in Norwich closed around the early 1960s and these were purchased by a local farmer whose son told us that he bought them to grow celery in but the bottle slots were too small. I imagine they would originally have been made by the in-house carpentry department by Jewson of Gt Yarmouth.
