So whilst we may not be partying together this weekend as we had originally planned (sorry ‘to the coast’ gang!) however.. we do have some exciting news to share that we have partnered with 2 brilliant venues and will be announcing some ParentFolk event shenanigans very soon! (We miss you!)

We have been really busy with other projects over the last 6months and have been working closely with some of Wirral and Merseyside’s high child poverty areas. The chronic cuts to funding and child / family services in these areas are having a direct impact on childhoods. It’s not okay and we can’t ignore it. We feel that we can all help to make a difference if we come together on a local level.
So we are busy making plans that focus on improving the lives and opportunities locally for ‘every child’.

We alluded to this movement on our instagram stories - and true to form you’ve not let us down.. we’ve had a brilliant response already so thank you to organisations, brands and local Parentfolk who have already reached out to say you want to get involved and help in whatever way you can. We’ll be sharing more on this very soon!

We’ve had so much fun at our family social and storytelling events so far this December!

This weekend see’s our final 6 shows at Start-Yard, Wirral, hosting the brilliant Gav Cross in ‘Father Christmas: A Storytelling Show!’

We’re pretty much sold out across all shows with the exception of the added show at 4pm on Saturday 21st December.

Arrive up to 1hr before your ticketed show time, the ME+NU cafe and bar will be open, and there’ll be colouring tables for our younger guests plus letters to father christmas and a make and do activity!

On Sunday our pre show make do activities will be delivered by Badasscraftclub 🎄

It was a heart full kind of day! Thank you to everyone who joined us today for our Father Christmas shows!🎅🏻 A lovely sense of community- thank you for making our shows so much fun (*those snowball fights 🤣)

Today reminded us of this little seasonal gem ⬇️

Good morning all!
Our indoor storytelling shows are going ahead today Start-Yard however we’ve had a handful of messages from families who do not wish to travel given the weather conditions which we completely understand - we also don’t want to let any of you down for those who have messaged to say they’re looking forward to it.

So, if you have a ticket for todays shows and don’t wish to travel we are offering to transfer your tickets to another show date and time. (Subject to availability)

Please message us directly if you wish to do this, we will follow up on these messages as quickly as we can. We are a small team so this may take some then but we will get back to you as quickly as we can❤️

So much fun stuff to come in December!

Saturday 7th Dec our shows continue at Start-Yard hosting Father Christmas and his Storytelling Show! Arrive up to an hour before your show time for complimentary craft workshops, letters to Santa and colouring table.

Sunday 8th Dec we head to Aintree Racecourse for their festive family social sessions! There’ll be workshops including screen printing, make + do, craft and code, spa bar, DJ’s and of course Father Christmas with one of his much loved Christmas stories!
AM session is sold out now, but there’s some availability if you fancy joining us Sunday afternoon- all activities are included in the admission ticket:

Tomorrow we are back at Start-Yard hosting our brilliant pal Gav Cross: Storyteller with a preview of ‘Father Christmas- A storytelling show!”

We have a handful of tickets left for the show, it’s showing as no adult tickets left so please add a child ticket for each person attending if you wish to join us tomorrow).

Tickets are a special price of £5 (plus booking fee).
Show is at 2pm, arrive from 1pm onwards for complimentary make and do workshop, ME+NU cafe will be open for food and drink too!
