Recently went for a potter with at the and decided to take the camera. I’m so glad I did as this deer sighting was a fleeting moment that I’ve managed catch and now look back on fondly.

Although it was only a brief visit it’s really inspired me to go back and sit for longer in their stunning grounds to see if I can get more.

Looking forward to more 🤙🏼

As you will have seen if you’ve been following my stories, last week I was honoured to be judging
for DANCE LIVE! 2025 in Portsmouth.

, from The Guildhall Trust, facilitates school and college students competing with their unique and personally crafted and choreographed performances – the dance, the choreography, the projection design – all of it is homegrown by these incredible schools and students, and brought together through DANCE LIVE!

Their ethos is to ‘raise aspirations, strengthen health and wellbeing and develop skills for creative career choices’. There are some insane photos of their dances (and costumes!) on their site, definitely check them out 🤙🏼

As a Creative myself, and with a history in music performance, composition, sound and lighting
design, theatre and dance, it’s really incredible and heartening to see people still inspiring the
Arts in kids and young people today (‘Retrain’, my arse, BoJo). Let’s keep it going!

It’s ‘New Year, New Me’ month, and I’m hearing about so many people pursuing personal goals, whether that’s starting new businesses, quitting smoking, making new friends, increasing their fitness, or spending more time with their kids.

It’s an inspiring month (if you don’t get dragged down by the weather!) and it made me think back to this beautiful chilled yoga class I shot over a year ago.

It’s an understated perk of the job that I get to meet so many people who are passionate and committed to their projects, as my clients will vouch for, I get involved to understand an audience’s perspective.
