This time last year…

I was juggling A LOT.

Before we started working together, Natalie was managing two inboxes, her diary, clinic admin, invoices and the constant stream of client comms - all whilst running a busy clinic 😥

Pick the dullest admin job - email nurture sequence, invoicing, social scheduling, whatever - and set up an automation using one of the many amazing tools out there (not sure which one? Shout and I'll tell you!)

🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Delegate one task
Outsource a single project (expense reports, events, client record update, past content centralisation, research...you choose) to someone else, and feel the sweet relief when it’s done!

Driven by wanting to truly practice what I preach, I made a change that’s brought some amazing results 🙌🏼

I’ve always encouraged my clients to set strong boundaries, protect their time...and stop trying to do all the things alone!

But recently I realised I wasn’t fully doing that for myself (yep, even us sidekicks slip up sometimes!)

So, I decided to make a BIG shift in how I structure my support and protect my own time.

Because it's really important to know how to set boundaries as a business owner!

Since making this change I’ve had:

✨ More energy to show up fully for my clients and my family, without that 'running on fumes' feeling
✨ More space to focus on the high impact work that actually moves the needle
✨ Guilt free time off, including making it to the school run without checking my inbox on the way!

It’s felt so aligned, empowering and like a breath of fresh air 🩷

I really do get it.

As a freelancer I know that you have to juggle ALL the things...
