Just a little note to keep everything running smoothly — and to keep me (and my biscuits) sane! 🍪

✨ Appointments:
The times you book are the times available — I promise I’m doing my very best to fit everyone in! I’m currently working some very long days (hello, 12-hour shifts 🫠), and I truly appreciate your understanding.

✨ Pre-booking:
If you can, please try to book your appointments in advance. Lots of clients book weeks or even months ahead, so same-week slots don’t pop up too often. I’ve only got one or two appointments left the week of Christmas.

✨ Arrival time:
Please try to be on time for your appointment. If you’re early, I don’t have a waiting area just yet — so if you could wait in your car until your slot, that would be amazing (sometimes those few minutes are my only chance to sneak a biscuit or two before the next set!).

✨ Messages:
I’ll always get back to you, I promise — it just might not be straight away! Between sets and trying to log off in the evenings, it can take me a little while. Please keep messages to this GkGels account, not my personal one — it helps me stay organised (and a little less frazzled 😅).
