13 Music Productions took over the running of Kewsound Studios here in the village of Kewstoke on 1st September 2013. At that time the complex included a very large dry room ideal for band rehearsals and live recording, an air conditioned facility it comes equipped with a vocal PA system and mics. The smaller room can be used as a live room having a great vocal acoustic naturally, this can be redu

ced by using sound baffles, this can be used for rehearsals for up to a 4 piece band and also comes with a vocal system. The air conditioned control room can be used as a pre production room or to record the rooms in this part of the complex to a very high standard, all three rooms can also be linked to our brand new STUDIO ONE, a fantastic high roofed, vaulted ceiling studio with a superb natural acoustic and a brand new control room complete with top of the range Mac Pro, Midas 32 track desk, Adam 7X monitors etc, all rooms can be linked to this room for recording huge projects live. Here's a blast from the past, going back about 7 years we were asked if we fancied being filmed as a reality show type documentary show for Amazon Prime, We thought it was a great idea and we went into it all guns blazing with local film producer Simon Fletcher. Unfortunately after we all spent loads of hours, recording and filming live 27 bands or artists and tying up the studio for the best part of 3 months the show was turned down. Thought you may like to see the trailer that should have turned us into household names.... big thanks to our good friend Dan Droid for digging it out
