Engaged by Ultimia, we crafted a bespoke environment for Aston Martin, from an immersive entrance tunnel and branded outdoor pergola to interior showcase spaces and a dedicated media hub.

The result? An event that seamlessly balanced luxury and performance, amplifying Aston Martin’s identity at every touchpoint.

Guests enjoyed immersive experiences, media captured world-class content, and the Vantage took centre stage in an unforgettable setting.

Lotus Eletre Roadshow

We built the touring set that turned Lotus dealerships into immersive launch venues with cinematic screens, lights, and sound.

Modular, reusable, and sustainable, it delivered impact while cutting waste.

From Glasgow to Lewes, it brought the thrill of the Eletre to customers before deliveries even began, driving excitement, loyalty, and new orders.

Lotus Eletre Roadshow

If it looks like a Lotus, sounds like a Lotus, and performs like a Lotus, it deserves a reveal that delivers pure excitement.

For the Eletre, we built a roadshow that did exactly that: a modular touring kit with a cinematic screen, light and sound rigs, and a flexible setup that could transform any dealership into an immersive launch environment.

We ensured the design reflected Eletre’s sustainable ethos. Every element was reusable and ready for future events, reducing waste while amplifying impact.

From Glasgow to Lewes, customers experienced the thrill of the Eletre before deliveries even began, and the roadshow did its job, driving excitement, loyalty, and new orders.

We turned the working factory into an immersive 80m walkthrough: car shells, lights, music, the signature V12 roar. VIPs discovered a dramatic reveal and Michelin-starred dining, all with production running undisturbed.

Flawless logistics, from rigging to welfare, delivered with zero compromise.

Step into a Parallel Universe: The Aston Martin V12 Ball

Six days. One extraordinary immersive experience inside the Aston Martin factory at Gaydon.

We transformed the factory into a sensory journey for 300 VIPs, an 80m walkthrough flanked by car shells, pulsing with lights, music, and the visceral roar of a V12 engine. Guests emerged into a dramatic reveal and enjoyed a gourmet feast by a Michelin-starred chef.

And we did it all without interrupting production.

This was complex logistics, executed flawlessly: hundreds of lights, miles of rigging, dedicated generators so factory power stayed untouched, full compliance with Gaydon’s health & safety protocols, and a welfare tent to keep our team safe, fueled, and firing on all cylinders.

Incredible trust from Aston Martin, and unbridled creative freedom from us, reimagining what’s possible within a working car factory.

We produced a high-impact, high-gloss launch moment for the global reveal of the Aston Martin DBX707, from full production design and AV, to show calling, scripting, and live-stream delivery.
