We’re proud to shine a light on one of Dorset’s brightest culinary talents, Charlie Jeffreys.

Reaching the finals of MasterChef: The Professionals is no small feat. Charlie’s creativity, passion and skill in the kitchen have firmly marked him out as one of the most exciting chefs to watch in the industry.

The fact he grew up a stone’s throw from Dorset Sea Salt HQ makes his journey even more special. We’re honoured to play a small part in his cooking, with Charlie saying:

From our very early days, Mark Hix has been more than just a supporter. He’s been a friend. He’s shared advice, ideas, and plenty of encouragement that’s helped Dorset Sea Salt grow into the business we are today, and for that we’re truly grateful.

Mark is a true legend in the food world. 👑🌍

He’s cooked in some of the UK’s most iconic restaurants, run his own award-winning places, written countless food columns and cookbooks, and is known far and wide for championing the best of British produce. 🇬🇧

When it comes to seasoning, Mark keeps it simple:

🌟 Chef Shoutout: Elliott Grover🌟

You might have seen Elliott Grover on ITV This Morning, and you’ll be seeing a lot more of him soon on the brand new Cooking with the Stars.

Elliott is the Culinary and Beverage Operations Director at 45 Park Lane, running the kitchens at CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Sushi Kanesaka. He’s cooked for A-list stars all over the world, but he still loves championing the very best British ingredients.

And when it comes to seasoning, his choice is simple:

We’re proud to supply our sea salt to some of the UK’s most iconic restaurants, and it doesn’t get much more iconic than Scott’s.

This week’s shoutout goes to the incredibly talented Chef Tom Fraser, Head Chef at Scott’s Richmond. Tom’s creativity and precision in the kitchen are second to none, and it’s an honour to see our sea salt being used in such a respected and refined setting.
