Here is this years line for community event on Saturday 16th August from 11.45am til 7pm.

It's free to attend thanks to our wonderful SPONSORS and the tremendous support shown to us by Cumberland Council, Cumbria Police, Copeland Community Fund, and our partners at Rosehill Theatre, Proud and Diverse Cumbria, and Mott MacDonald.

Its very expensive to stage a free community event and we are eternally grateful our partners and sponsors for helping us make this large scale , highly visible event happen yet again.

Our committee volunteers it's time to stage this for the community ,( they work so hard to make this a reality each year )

We hope you will join us on the day for fun, laughter and some brilliant entertainment.

Sonia Evans will be the first act on the Mott MacDonald stage on Pride Day (Saturday 16th August 2025) at Pride by the Harbourside 2025. Whitehaven.

Arrive early if you want to see her!

The parade starts 11.45am, ant the show starts once march arrives at the arena area.

In association with Mott MacDonald and In line with our drive to support local cumbrian organisations , traders and entertainers , we have created a stage line up to reflect the talent across this great county.

So we are absolutely thrilled that one of Cumbria's best singers and one of Cumbria's best all round entertainers have both agreed to join us again this year.

Both of these artistes are quite simply phenomenal and know that you will all be wowed by their talents.
