So we decided to do some research on a practical solution, something that was like a Tent, portable but still offered that Sauna experience after a Sea Swim Dip, Paddleboard or Kayak coastal activity!

Salty was down this morning, it is becoming a regular event! Whether, paddleboarding, Kayaking or Sea Dip/Swim and Sauna! 🌊🏊‍♀️🧖🏻🏄‍♀️👌🏼

So we all know how quick you need to get warmth back into your body after being in the sea, my go-to is the Coast & Marine Sherpa Changing Robe, which we sell in Salty Shack along with lots of other brands. But Salty got to try & test the Salty Snug Sherpa Jacket & Joggers! I love our changing robes and will always have one, but this is a game changer!

I felt the Salty Snug Jacket & Joggers instantly generated heat fast to my arms, core and legs. Which I felt the changing robe never got heat to my legs quick enough, maybe a combi of Salty Snug Joggers and Changing Robe would work?

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and a Sauna is what we love on Saturdays & Sundays!

We were out on the TWF 10’ 6’ SUP which comes with Carrying Ruck Bag, Adjustable Paddle, Safety Leash, Pump, Repair Kit & Fins. Wearing, we had on the Coast & Marine Shortie 3mm Wetsuit with 3mm Gloves and Zip 3mm boots, a SUP profile Bouyancy Aid, Dry Bag, Mobile Phone Waterproof case, Salty sunglasses and Cap.

All kitted out to stay warm and safe and have a fun Paddle & swim! Beautiful as ever in one of our fav spots 🌊👍🏻

Big shout out to .selkies.hearth for Super Sauna Session and a special cup of coffee! We are being spoiled atm lol!
