Okay buckle up it’s a little long!
A lot of people don’t really get what I do and that’s okay! But I think sometimes it’s nice to share a little insight into our world! 🌍
I joined scentsy thinking I was just selling wax and warmers almost 8 years ago, when in fact I started to build a little business in a box! 📦
I say box because it literelly came in a box with more goodies than I could imagine. And that box Became my tools, and my office for a long time!
I thought 💭 I would try and make £300 to help pay for childcare, but so much more happened and unfolded!
I went on a huge personal development, and business coaching journey! I have learnt so much about how to run, market, and build a business, products and profits, NDAs, leadership and ups and downs! It’s been such a growth journey! Which has been amazing 🤩 and very special!
But the part I was unprepared for and I have loved the most has been the journey of serving others!
And helping them to create a little buisiness of their own!
I have helped over 4000 women, start their own business in a box! Seen people thrive and build in confidence, seen some cry with the pay cheque they made helps to put food on their table! I get to watch people realise not only do they get a bit of free wax, they also make a pay cheque too! 💰
I have travelled ✈️ on my own and with so many incredible people, some who have never ventured further than the uk 🇬🇧 or their home country before.
We have built an incredible community, which yes isn’t as big or thriving as it was in lock down, but it’s full of inspiration, sharing, caring, real people who are building real lifelong friendships!
Our team has sold over £27 million of wax, I personally have sold over £299,000 worth of scentsy!
Our team has had over £5 million pounds worth of commissions paid out! And I personally have tripled my full time salary as a teacher 👩🏼🏫 💁🏼♀️💁🏼♀️💁🏼♀️
Those commissions have taken people on first holidays, purchased school shoes, put food shopping in cupboards, brought designer hand bags, brought huge amounts of scentsy wax and warmers, and so much more! 🥰
I have seen it all!
And no it’s not a pyramid 😉scheme, and no I don’t take some Of my Teamies commission! It doesn’t work like That! Like any business you have CEOS at the top, directors, and so forth… it’s no diffferent to any sales based job!
The only difference is their is no top ceiling of income, and if you want it, work hard for it and are prepared to meet new people and share your love of the product you will Do well….
And whether that’s in the form of community or pay cheques, it will Be what you determine as your own success!
