More behind the scenes at AIP Live 2034! The AIP Studio
I wanted to bring into the universe (manifest) the ulitmate goal for AIP by creating an activation at AIP Live 2024.
Welcome to AIP Studio.
We created an ident and themed the check in to be reminiscent of a boutique gym! Think Soul Cycle.
There was merch, a DJ at the reception desk (inspired by the Kimpton Fitzroy) and exercise class teachers arriving and stretching off before “teaching” their class.
This was followed by the “teachers” bursting into the conference with their gym bags (aka gold boujee goodie bags) giving merch out to the crowd.
Then a dance routine started to Ride on Time. Artistic licence for the event theme “You’re Right on Time”
🌈 imagine a place with a coffee shop that did chocolate protein balls and chocolate fudge cake; coffee and espresso martinis… with mini studios for yoga, stretching, plates and meditation and event space for personal development events.
Not only am I putting it out in the universe but I brought it to life at an event.
As a business if you want to engage your teams in a future plan or ideas you can level up from a PowerPoint and activate it!
