We wanted to create something that suits any time of day and any process, but not one that compromises on flavour. Leaning heavily on Brazil, Ethiopia and Colombia, you’ll find a great balance of deep, rich flavours, with a pleasing ‘light-roast’ acidity cut through at the end.

Two of our delicious decaf roasts.

Condor Decaf - Using special fermentation at the beginning of the process, this blend extracts almost all of the caffeine, but none of the taste. It’s a very technical, complex method, but one based in the incredible history of the region. Whilst this blend is super-smooth, it’s still packed with incredible complexity for a decaf.
