G R A T E F U L ✨
Well it’s no secret this years been utter crap, let’s be honest 💩 As if life isn’t hard enough on its own, the last thing we need is these extra sprinklings of s**t all the time - or in some cases; bucket loads of the stuff.
However, despite being mildly grumpy about the current situation, I’m trying my very best not to dwell and to take as many positives out of this year as I can. And really, in the grand scheme of things, I can’t complain. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from this year it’s that I have so much to be both grateful & thankful for. From my family & friends, to all my lovely clients, the roof over my head, the food on my table and so on. All the things we can accidentally take for granted sometimes. Cliché I know but it’s true.
It’s so easy at the moment to let all the bad news and set backs control how you feel. I’ll be the first to admit it’s got to me on occasions. But the most important thing we can all do at this time is to focus on the good - whether it be big or teeny tiny. We need to lift up, encourage & generally just be there for other people as much as we can. Even if it is from a distance for us suckers in Tier 4.
Christmas always presents its own lovely little bundle of stresses regardless of a pandemic so now more than ever, as much as you can; stay , be & spread ♥️ oh, and have a Merry f**kin’ Christmas 🎅🏽 See you all on the flip side. Lots of love, Lucy ###
