Jason Ferguson found this swordfish on the banks of Loch Fyne in Scotland on the estate he manages, some 38 miles inland, raising questions as to how long it had been living in the Loch before it died 🐳

The fish has since been taken to the National Museum of Scotland 🏫

It just proves, you genuinely never know what's out there 🫣

Out At Tarbolton Coarse and Carp On The Course Pond. The Sun Was Out But The Wind Was Hindering Our Casting All Day But Still Got 4 & Lost 1 🎣🎣

Well The First Fishing Day Out Of The Year Was Very Slow At Tarbolton Coarse and Carp But None The Less Very Exciting For Larrah Catching 2 Carp & One Of Them Was Her Biggest Fish Ever. I Myself Caught One.

Honestly People Need To Get Their Acts Together In Regards To This. Take All Rubbish Home. Keep The Country Clean.

IMPORTANT ‼️‼️ LOCH VENACHAR FISHING.
Due to the disgusting behaviour of certain individuals on the loch. The woodlands trust have pulled thier land out of the fishing zone !! Rubbish and human crap being left is absolutely disgusting and lazy so people like that are not welcome on the loch and have spoiled it for the rest of you good Anglers that do look after the land.

So now on north shore you can only fish from the restaurant up to end of car park 2... absolutely no fishing before restaurant or up after car park ( even if you were previously given permission this no longer stands)
Fishing maps and website ect will all be updated next week but see below map which shows areas you are only allowed to fish now. Anyone caught on it will be made to leave the Loch.
Yellow is only areas you can fish from now. Red no one is to fish from, black is where all the rubbish and human crap was and now no longer available

A nice couple of hours at Tarbolton Coarse and Carp with larrah. The day started hard with larrah losing 2 fish and then she ended the day with 2 skimmer bream.
