Every single question a client asks you should be made into a piece of content! If one client has asked it then others are wondering the exact same thing so let’s start thinking like our clients and getting in front of them before they even get a chance to message.

Once you do, they’ll be able to book knowing that you’re the person that has the answers to their questions without having to ask for them.

It’s easy to wonder whether you’re the only one experiencing a quiet spell in August. But don’t panic! Statistically, August is one of the slowest months of the year for small businesses.

Why? It’s the summer holiday season. If your clients are parents, their days are filled with school free chaos, running after children, juggling work, and trying to stay sane (trying being the key word here). Even those without kids often want to make the most of the sunshine, booking last minute getaways, taking time off work and prioritising relaxation over making purchase decisions.

But a slow month doesn’t have to be a stressful month. In fact, it can be one of the most valuable times for your business, if you use it strategically!

Quiet months are your opportunity to prepare for busy months. Instead of worrying about the lack of activity turn that free time into creativity! So when September hits you’re already ahead of the game!

Most niches these days feel oversaturated, unless you’re offering something very unique.

But that’s not something to stress over. In fact, more businesses entering your industry often means more awareness and demand for the services you offer and that’s a good thing right?

What does matter is how you position yourself in that oversaturated market.

And remember, your social media is your digital storefront. So take a look at yours and ask yourself these two things! Does it build trust at first glance? Would you want to book with you?

If not… it might time to tweak how you’re showing up so you are building that instant trust and connection with your audience.

Not all social media managers are the same and I think it’s important to understand this.

Understanding what you’re wanting to achieve from a social media manager will be able to guide your decision to the right choice.

If you want someone to just post on social media as it’s a task that you don’t have time to do and just want brand presence then absolutely, a social media manager is the right choice.

But if you’re aiming for sales, strategy, content creation or someone who understands your specific industry? That takes more than just “posting.”

Each social media manager has different strengths, different weaknesses and they definitely do it know every industry of business out there.

Have we said no to some businesses as we wouldn’t be the right fit? Absolutely. Would all social media managers do that? Not all.

We are incredibly lucky to have but again not all social media managers have a studio!

So, what do we mean by finding the right fit for not only your business but your life? Some social media management agencies work 9-5 with no option to get hold of someone outside of these hours. Would that work for you?
