As we wrap up another busy week, I want to take a moment to remind you of something that often gets pushed to the side — your health. We hustle through meetings, deadlines, and responsibilities, but when was the last time you checked in with your own well-being?

Health checks , whether it's a routine doctor's visit, a mental health day, or simply listening to what your body is telling you, are not just medical tasks. They're acts of self-respect.

This Friday, I urge you to pause and ask: How am I really feeling? If something feels off, don’t wait. Prevention is better than cure. Small steps today can protect your tomorrow.
