🐾 This Week’s “Paws for Thought” – Meet Graham & Baby

Some stories linger in the heart—and this one belongs to Graham and Baby, two gentle souls left adrift after their beloved owner passed away.

Gorgeous Graham At seven years old, Graham’s world turned upside down. Life became unfamiliar and quiet… until his foster mum stepped in. Over the past few weeks, Graham has gently blossomed—from a nervous boy into a loving companion who now greets affection with trust.

He enjoys both wet and dry food (with the occasional treat, of course!) and would love a garden to stretch his legs, though a spacious indoor home would do just fine. Graham has been neutered, fully vaccinated, blood tested, flea and worm treated, and received a routine dental—which has made eating much easier.

Sweet Baby Baby is Graham’s sister, also 7 years old, and grieving in her own quiet way. She’s affectionate, thrives on fuss, and has a heart that’s clearly yearning for love again. She enjoys a good meal, never says no to treats, and would adore a little garden to rediscover life’s joy.

Baby has been neutered, chipped, first vaccinated, flea and worm treated, and has had a recent dental, too.

Their bond is deep and their need simple: a safe, loving home that can help them heal. If you have space in your heart and home, please get in touch with Wolverhampton Cats Protection . These siblings deserve a fresh chapter filled with love, comfort, and a little bit of sunshine.

WCR FM is sad to hear about the passing of Ozzy Osbourne who has died aged 76, Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends.

The legendary Black Sabbath singer has passed away of undisclosed causes, according to a statement from his family.

The BBC reports that the Prince Of Darkness, who helped to pioneer heavy metal with his work in Black Sabbath, passed away this morning (July 22). No cause of death has been given.

The Osbournes say in a statement: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

Osbourne’s death come mere weeks after he played his retirement show: an all-day extravaganza called Back To The Beginning, held at Villa Park in his hometown of Birmingham on July 5. The concert saw the singer play both a four-song solo set and a five-song set with the other founding members of Black Sabbath: guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward.

The bill at Back To The Beginning was rounded out by such rock and metal superstar as Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Anthrax and Slayer. All proceeds from the event are going to various Birmingham charities and a concert film is coming out in cinemas next year.

Osbourne co-founded Black Sabbath in 1968 and made eight albums with the group before splitting from them in 1979. He then launched a successful solo career, which kicked off with the 1980 album Blizzard Of Ozz. Osbourne returned to Sabbath from 1997 to 2006 and again from 2011 to 2017.

Osbourne is survived by his wife/manager Sharon, whom he married in 1982, and six children.
