A handful of stills from Mr .bodyandmind shoot 📸 never a dull moment with this chap. A super laid back, easy shoot, creating tons of short-form video content and imagery. All wrapped up inside a couple of hours—his words were;

“I honestly don’t know why I hesitated tail end of last year. Obviously, life is busy and what not, but f*ck me! This stuff is amazing. What you’ve done for me there was absolutely unreal.

And, yeah, I can pretty confidently say I’ll be coming back for another shoot. Mate, thank you again. That’s all I can say!”

Starting out, I thought showing up to get the job done was enough…

Film what was asked, deliver what was agreed, and move on.

But the more I did that, the more I realised that’s where the difference lies.

What I believe sets you apart isn’t having a camera.

It’s thinking beyond the shot list.

It’s connecting ideas, spotting gaps, bringing people together, and actually caring about the outcome.

I’ve made plenty of mistakes.

Missed shots I should’ve got.

But you own it and improve.

The sky’s the limit — and I don’t intend to take no for an answer EVER.

The bar’s been set low,

I’ve got no problem whatsoever raising it.

🎙️ Stills from ’s new podcast series — featuring the notorious .

Over the last 2–3 years, podcasts have quietly become the new TV.

But for most people, the idea of starting one sounds like a logistical nightmare:

1. Booking a rented studio (If you live near one)

2. Buying and learning how to set up it all up

3. Then you’ve got editing of the long-form and short-form content. That’s where it gets timely…

Matt didn’t do any of that, because he appreciates the value of buying back your time in business.

He’s also seen the shift with podcast content and is leaning all the way in.

And he’s not the only one.

After filming this episode, Radu’s launching his own series—giving him the space to properly articulate his expertise.

Radu isn’t a fan of being in the spotlight, his work has always spoke for itself.

He’s doing it to educate — from your average Joe to elite athletes — with a no-nonsense breakdown of rehab protocols grounded in the logic of human biomechanics.

Cutting through the fluff in his industry, and spotlighting the patients whose lives he’s helped change.

On top of Matt’s monthly micro content, we’re now working together monthly to film his podcast remotely, without faff.

Building trust. Sharing long-form value.

Repurposing it into short-form gold. ✅

Because that’s the real power:

One hour of filming → tons of short-form clips → long-form message that people buy into.

The best part of this job? The people.

Some start, unsure, nervous, not used to cameras or putting themselves out there.

But over time, they drop the act and just become them.

And that shift—seeing someone own it—is addictive.

From the one-off shoots to the regulars I see month in, month out—it’s the best part of it all.

The content’s cool, but the conversations, trust, and energy between takes is what it’s all about.

I’ve been lucky to build some genuinely incredible professional relationships through this.

Solid people, doing great things—and I get to be part of it❤️

Stocking up with all things short-form at his recent event ‘The Inspirational Summit’. Here’s a few stage shots from a few of the speakers on the day👏🏼

Creating a bank of short form content, so everything from testimonials, B-roll clips, stage talks and photos was priority on the day, but now Ben’s going all in on content for the 📈

We’re looking after Ben’s YT videos, podcasts, repurposing short-form from podcasts and monthly content days over at the HQ moving forward

So we’re doubling the amount of content that’s being pushed out every single month, across the board 🚀

Entailing more healthy kicks up the arse for Mr Hawksworth, so it’s goodbye sleepy Ben on camera and hello high energy, funny, good vibes Ben from here on out 👊🏻
