Did you know our Auto jumble Pitches are FREE?!

Well you should do! They have been free since we started 17 years ago!

Our plots are FREE with a weekend camping ticket and have room for one vehicle and space to camp behind the trade pitch, we have limited space for Auto jumble, so if you would like a jumble pitch all you need to do is email us with your request fro auto jumble, and your plot is booked, its that easy!

All Auto jumble must be used and auto related.

VSV 2021 UPDATE!

We have taken a hard, but what we think is the right decision at this stage to postpone our event until 2022.

We haven’t taken this decision lightly and have weighed up all the pros and cons. We understand that people are looking forward to getting back to normal, but right now there are just too many variables to guarantee we can make our event safe and financially viable. We have visitors of all ages (even a lady in her late 90’s) and many have various health conditions that we feel we still can’t afford to put anyone at further risk.

The current four stage road map suggests that providing there is no surge in cases and with the vaccine continuingly to be rolled out, effectively this means events will be able to take place but with a maximum of 4000 people, which is half our usual attendance. There is every possibility these new guidelines can change at any given time and there are no Government guarantees that restrictions will not change in future months.

Sally and I organise the show alongside our other jobs and if we want to keep our show alive for the future we simply cannot afford to take the gamble of investing any more funds without certainty. We have already secured our usual dates with the venue, so we will be back in 2022 on the third weekend of August 19th 20th 21st.

We genuinely wanted to give you our best event yet, but we just cannot commit to an event that could potentially put an end to the show for good, therefore we would rather take the year out and 100% guarantee that we WILL be back in 2022.

All of our traders, caterers and suppliers have been notified and are happy to support our roll over to 2022 and we whole heartedly appreciate their support.

Sally and I would like to personally thank all our staff, sponsors, traders, service providers, entertainment and YOU our visitors, for your understanding and continued support ###

TICKET INFORMATION
As before all advance tickets will automatically roll over to 19th 20th 21st August 2022.
As stated at the time of purchase, tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis.
All pre booked tickets will be automatically updated to next years date, and re sent out in the near future.

Issue 34 has gone to press!

With an ongoing attempt to keep the magazine current we don’t stock pile features, so two months ago completing our Summer Issue seemed like an impossible task. We are glad we didn’t throw in the towel, with the hard work from our photographers & writers we have managed to keep the quality of content to the standard our readers deserve.

Sadly it looks as though we will not be attending many shows this season so promotion is difficult. If you could help the survival of Hayburner Magazine by sharing this post we would be eternally grateful.

We will be there in 2021 guys, keep safe

This is with out doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write with regards to the show, but as the weeks turn into months it’s starting to look more and more likely that the ban on large gathering is not going to be lifted any time soon, so it’s with that in mind we have had to make the hardest decision we have ever had to make with the show.

We have decided to postpone this years event until next year (13th 14th 15th August 2021)

All of our Traders, Caterers and suppliers have been notified and are happy to support our roll over to 2021 and we appreciate their support hugely.
Sally and I would like to personally thank all our Staff, Sponsors, Visitors, Traders, Service providers and entertainment, for your understanding and support, and also you guys for staying indoors to help prevent the spread of this horrible virus and a massive thank you to all our NHS staff, Key workers, volunteers and health sector workers..
We want to keep our staff, visitors and traders safe during this challenging time, and feel this is the most sensible decision be it a disappointing one.

I would just like to add even if the gatherings ban was lifted before August we have had to make the decision, as we know we would also be affected by 4 plus events rolling over on to the same weekend as us.

We genuinely wanted to give you our best event yet, but we just can not commit to an event that could potentially put an end to the show for good, therefore we would rather take this year out and make 2021 twice as good as it’s ever!
