Drip, a rapidly expanding online clothing business, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital/Social Media Commerce and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that leverages social commerce platforms like Facebook and Instagram to drive online sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role is crucial in helping Drip expand its sales to multiple locations within the UK and ultimately, worldwide, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a digital marketing strategy that incorporates social commerce platforms to increase brand awareness, drive online sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's sustainable and eco-friendly messaging.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain Drip's social media presence across platforms like Facebook and Instagram, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.
Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support through social media channels, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, providing regular reports to management on campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
Staff Training and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver training sessions on digital/social media commerce and marketing, ensuring staff are equipped to effectively utilize social commerce platforms.
Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure compliance with legal and international considerations surrounding social commerce, including data protection and consumer protection regulations.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field: A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field is required.
Social Media and Digital Marketing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on e-commerce and social commerce platforms.
Content Creation and Management Skills: Strong content creation and management skills, including experience with content scheduling tools and analytics tracking.
Customer Service and Support Skills: Excellent customer service and support skills, with the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and analyze KPIs for social media campaigns.
Staff Training and Knowledge Sharing Skills: Ability to collaborate with the team to develop and deliver training sessions on digital/social media commerce and marketing.
Compliance and Legal Considerations Knowledge: Familiarity with legal and international considerations surrounding social commerce, including data protection and consumer protection regulations.
