1 shot espresso OR 25ml of strong instant coffee.
325g self raising flour
75g cocoa powder
Pinch salt
2 tsp baking powder
8 medium or 7 large eggs

170 fan for 45 mins

Fudge sauce:
300ml double cream
50g butter
100g golden syrup
200g dark chocolate
